ABOUT THE OFFICE
Sequeira Engineering Office is a company specialised in civil engineering, technical consultancy, and construction supervision, based on Faial Island, Azores. With an approach defined by technical rigour, client proximity, and a strong commitment to the territory, our core mission is to develop engineering solutions that meet the specific needs of the island context, always upholding the principles of sustainability, safety, and legal compliance.
Over the years, we have strengthened our presence in the regional sector, taking part in projects of various types and scales, from single-family housing and urban rehabilitation to public works, infrastructures, and collective-use buildings. This diversity reflects the versatility of our team and the confidence that both public and private partners place in the quality of our services.
Our office stands out for its multidisciplinary approach and for its attention to detail at every stage of the project: from preliminary studies and feasibility analysis to the development of specialised engineering designs, and through to on-site coordination and supervision. We work according to updated technical standards, keeping pace with regulatory, technological, and environmental developments, ensuring that every project is delivered with technical responsibility and efficiency.
More than service providers, we aim to be trusted partners for our clients. We prioritise close contact, clear communication, and continuous support throughout every project, regardless of its scale.
